Every category starts with a live pull of Google Business records for Dubai: rating, review volume, contact details and trading status, captured on a stated date. The captured values are the ones shown on each listing, so you can check any entry against its source in one search.
Operators running several brand sites from one office are collapsed into their strongest listing. Businesses with no reachable website or phone are removed, and so is anything that appears closed. Regulated categories carry an extra gate, described below.
Order comes from rating quality weighted by review volume: 4.9 across 2,000 reviews outranks 5.0 across a dozen. An editor then writes the case for every position and expresses it as a Dubai VIP score out of 10, the review record adjusted by the category's verification checks, so each page shows the reasoning next to the numbers.
Each page states when it was last updated, and corrections sent to hello@dubai-vip.ae are checked against the live source before the page changes. Markets move; the pages follow.
Some categories are regulated markets, and the ranking respects that before any star rating counts. AdministeringIV drips at home is clinical work, so that list is limited to licensed healthcare providers with clinical staff. Home spa and massage is the most crowded search in VIP Dubai and the most polluted, so entries there need a bookable platform or website behind a licensed operation, and a bare WhatsApp number does not qualify. Private security is licensed by SIRA in Dubai, and thebodyguard ranking only lists firms operating inside that system.
Dubai VIP is run by a small editorial team, and businesses in any ranked category canapply for featured placement. Rankings are editorial opinion compiled from public business data: verify licensing directly before engaging any provider.
